These terms govern your use of the Bhartiya Aviation Services (“BAS”) recruitment portal. By registering or applying you agree to them.
1. Eligibility & accurate information
You must meet the eligibility criteria stated in the official notification for the post you apply for, and you must provide true, complete and accurate information. Applications with false or misleading details may be rejected at any stage without refund.
2. Registration number
Your Application number is your only valid registration number. Keep it and your mobile number confidential and use them to log in to the Candidate Dashboard for exam, interview and selection details.
3. No agents · beware of fraud
Selection is merit-based. BAS has not authorised any agent, agency or individual to recruit, collect money, or issue offer letters on its behalf. BAS never asks for money by call or SMS and publishes results by roll number only. Report any such approach to our helpline.
4. Fees
Applicable fees must be paid online through the portal. Fees are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use & intellectual property
You may not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorised access, or copy its content, logos or marks. All content is the property of BAS or its licensors.
6. Limitation of liability
BAS is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by you, dealings with unauthorised third parties, or events beyond our reasonable control. Apply well before deadlines — heavy website load near closing dates may cause delays.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
