When you register or apply we collect the details you provide — name, date of birth, gender, mobile number, email, address, educational and identity details, and uploaded documents such as your photograph and signature. We also record your application status and payment records.

Your information is used solely to process your application, verify eligibility, conduct examinations and interviews, issue admit cards / results / call letters / joining letters, process fees, and send you service communications by SMS or email regarding your application.
3. Sharing & third parties
We do not sell your data. Limited information is shared with trusted service providers strictly to deliver the service — our payment gateway (Razorpay) to process fees, and SMS/email providers to send notifications. These providers are bound to protect your data.
4. Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information. Keep your registration number and mobile number confidential — BAS will never ask for your password or OTP.
5. Your rights
You may request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting our helpline. Certain records must be retained to meet legal and audit obligations.
